Risk ManagementRisk:Reward Ratio
How much you stand to gain vs. how much you risk on a trade.
If your stop is $1 away and your target is $2 away, your R:R is 2:1. With 2:1 R:R, you only need to win 34% of trades to be profitable. We require a minimum 1.2:1 R:R on every trade. Professional traders target 1.5-3:1. R:R is the single most important number in trading.
